Barstool Baltimore Podcast Episode 9: The Chris Davis Deal, Ed Reed Looks Homeless, And A Very Famous Guest

Welcome back Chris Davis! RDT and I share our excitement for the biggest contract in Orioles history, and we’re able to share it with our good friend, the very famous White Sox Dave. With Dave on board, we went heavy on the MLB talk and where the Orioles and White Sox stand in their respective divisions. We wanted to keep the podcast under an hour, but we just couldn’t help ourselves. A big heaping serving of free agency discussion, with a few sides of Terps/Northwestern and Caps/Blackhawks. I’m hoping the hockey world (and the blog) gets the Stanley Cup Finals it so rightly deserves, just gotta wait and see if the Caps can get over that hump. I think the SCF’s would be right around the Barstool move into NYC, so that could be fantastic content.

We also touched on the fact that Ed Reed has had me blocked on twitter for over a year now and I have no idea why. I think I called him homeless-looking a few too many times on the blog and eventually it got around to him? I dunno. It came from a place of love. But at the same time, if you don’t want to be called “homeless-looking”, maybe try to not look so homeless all the time? I don’t think that’s too crazy a thought. Whatever.
